Tampa Pro 2013

Tampa Pro 2013 came and went, leaving a path of destruction and epic skating in its wake. After 20 years, the crusty Columbus Dr. warehouse is still standing. However, the halfpipe, which was the sole reason the skatepark was founded, will soon come down. To commemorate 20 years of the park, Schaefer and crew organized a "Legendary Vert Session," or one last hurrah for vert at SPoT, featuring the likes of Christian Hosoi, Jeff Grosso, Max Schaaf, Darren Navarette, Mike Frazier and Paul Zitzer. Although Mother Nature rained on the official session, the legends kept at it for the rest of the weekend. Legendary it was, indeed.

















Class on the St. Pete Pier

What began as a normal, Wednesday evening Photojournalism II class at USF St. Pete, turned into a photo shoot at the historic St. Pete Pier. As the sun set on downtown during this particularly clear, and chilly evening, the late-winter colors provided some interesting photo opportunities...
